Upmixing audio allows you to algorithmically create recreate a more immersive audio out of a less immersive audio track. For example, you could upmix a stereo source to a 5.1 track and get an immersive experienceexperience from legacy audio tracks. The ISP is able to upmix from as low as a Stereo source to stereo/5.1/7.1 sources with Dolby Surround/DTS Neural:X/Auro-Matic to match your speaker configuration and fill in most of your silent speakers.
