How to update your ISP to the latest firmware through the ISP’s WebUI.
Prerequisites
Download the latest firmware from the Client Portal. The firmware name should be:
“isp_[version][date].ssp”
Your ISP needs to be powered on and connected to your LAN.
You need to access the ISP’s installer WebUI.
If you’re currently using a firmware version earlier than 2.1r0, contact the Support Team to update your ISP.
If the current version of your ISP is older than 3.5r7, you need to first upgrade your device to firmware 3.5r7 before you can update to 4.0r1 and newer versions. Firmware 3.5r7 and newer versions are available in the Client Portal.
After upgrading from older versions to 3.5r7, you need to adjust your Channel Setup for Dirac to group Multi-way or Active speakers channels.
Before upgrading to the 4.2r0 version and above, you need to update your unit to the 4.1r2 version.
Firmware 4.6r0p2 needs to be applied twice. The boot sequence needs to be updated before the actual update.
