Many Most dropouts can be easily addressed:
Check your HDMI connections
Try another HDMI cable
Check you don’t fold the HDMI cable too much and avoid sharp angles (even more for Optical optical HDMIs)
Check your HDMI source settings
Check your TV/Projector projector settings
