Most dropouts can be easily addressed:

  • Check your HDMI connections

  • Try another HDMI cable

  • Check you don’t fold the HDMI cable too much and avoid sharp angles (even more for optical HDMIs)

  • Check your HDMI source settings

  • Check your TV/projector settings

If you still experience dropouts after trying all of the above, submit a ticket on our Service Desk.
