Your ISP needs to be powered ON and connected to your LAN.
You need to access the Installer WebUI.
Try a full power cycle before starting the below procedure.

In the url bar of your web browser, after yourISPlocalIP/system.php type in ?locked=1 and press enter. It should look like this :
Save your backup configuration in a file to restore it later.
Perform a firmware upgrade to the latest version. You can track the progress of this in the WebUI and front panel display.
The ISP should reboot after a few minutes, and you should recover full control of your ISP.
You can then recall your last configuration using the backup file you created earlier.
Submit a Service Desk ticket about it.
