Here is a quick guide on how How to update your ISP to the latest firmware through the ISP’s WebUI.

Prerequisites

Download and extract the latest firmware from the Client Portal. The firmware name should be: isp_[version].ssp.our website:

Your ISP needs to be powered on and connected to the same LAN as your LANcomputer.

You need to access the ISP’s installer WebUI.

If you’re currently using a firmware version earlier than 2.1r0, contact the Support Team to update your ISP.

If the current version of your ISP is older than 3.5r7, you need to first upgrade your device to firmware 3.5r7

Before upgrading to the 4.2r0 version and above, you need to update your unit to the 4.1r2 version.

For ISP Elite MK3, ISP Core, ISP Evo and ISR Fusion:
If your current ISP Firmware version is below 4.6r0p2, the next update will need to be applied twice. The boot sequence needs to be updated before the actual update.
