ISP - Firmware Update

How to update your ISP to the latest firmware through the ISP’s WebUI.

Prerequisites

Download and extract the latest firmware from our website:

Your ISP needs to be powered on and connected to the same LAN as your computer.

You need to access the ISP’s installer WebUI.

If you’re currently using a firmware version earlier than 2.1r0, contact the Support Team to update your ISP.

Check your current Firmware version in the WebUI.
Optional: Perform a Backup to keep your ISP configuration in a file that can be reloaded later.
Press the “Firmware Upgrade” button and a pop-up window will show up.
Select the .ssp file you downloaded earlier from your computer.
Click “Upload” to start the update. After a few minutes your ISP will restart in the new firmware.
