How to restart your ISP if it stays on the StormAudio logo when it starts.

  1. First, start with a full power cycle of the ISP. If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

  2. Try to access your unit through its usual IP address. If you can access the WebUI, contact the Support Team so they can assist you from there. If you cannot, proceed to the next step.

  3. Try to reflash the SD card of the controller inside the ISP. The Support Team is here to assist you on this if needed.

If none of the above solved your problem, then let our Support Team assist you and open a ticket. Indicate them that you followed this troubleshooting article, and tell them where you got stuck.
