My ISP is stuck on the StormAudio logo

How to restart your ISP if it remains on the StormAudio logo screen for over 5 minutes after powering it up:

If none of the below solutions solved your problem, then let our Support Team assist you and open a ticket. Indicate them that you followed this troubleshooting article, and tell them where you got stuck.

Steps

  1. First, start with a full power cycle of the ISP. If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

ISP Elite MK1/MK2 (and all MK1 variants)

  1. Try to reflash the SD card of the controller inside the ISP. The Support Team is here to assist you on this if needed.

ISP Elite MK3/Core 16/Evo/ISR Fusion

If you don’t know your IP address:

  1. Unstuck the front panel by pressing the front panel square button for 5 seconds.

  1. Access your unit WebUI using your processor’s IP (or hostname default “stormaudio.local”)

  3. https://support-stormaudio.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SUP/pages/317063169 and attach them to a ticket for our Support Team to review.

  4. Update your unit to the latest firmware: Firmware Release for ISP, ISR & I.ISP - StormAudio

  5. If the unit is not yet recovered, please repeat 4,5&6 steps.

  6. Your unit should recover its function.
