How to reset your ISP to the factory settings.
Factory resetting your ISP will delete all settings made in the unit. It is recommended to backup your configuration before any factory reset.
Prerequisites
Your ISP must be powered ON, up-to-date and connected to your LAN.
Your computer muse be connected to the same LAN.
You need to access the Expert or Installer WebUI.
Instructions
Enter the System page of the WebUI.
Hit the Factory Reset button to reset the ISP:
Your ISP will restart with default factory settings, all parameters erased.
