Theater creation

Here is a quick guide on how to create a Theater for your room.

Prerequisites

Your ISP must be powered ON, up-to-date and connected to your LAN.

You need to access the Main Speakers page in the Installer WebUI.

Instructions

  1. Click on the “+” to create a Theater. Delete the previous one(s) if you need the outputs.

  2. In the first page of the configurator, you need to define the number of base layer speakers in your room. Use the arrows on top right to match your room layout. Click Next when done.

    1. Set your mutliway speakers by using the MultiWay column

    2. Replicate the speakers you need that are assigned the same signal

    3. You can set your Center channel as phantom in case you do not have a Center Speaker. The Center signal will be spread between LF and RF to recreate it in the middle.

    4. You can also set a Subwoofer channel as a Bass Shaker so it will not be seen in Dirac and that channel will receive the full LFE signal unaltered (unless you EQ it afterwards).

  3. In the second page, you need to define the number of height layer speakers in your room. Same process as before.

  4. In the third page, you need to define the number of top layer speakers in your room. Same process as before.

  5. In the fourth page, you’ll see a summary of the Theater you just created. Verify it matches your room layout. Click Save to return to the WebUI Theater configuration.
