IP address losses

If you can’t access your ISP’s WebUI or don’t get a valid IP address on the front panel display:

  1. First, start with a full power cycle of the ISP.

  2. Try a network reset.

  3. Check that your computer and your ISP are connected to the same LAN.

  4. Check your connections to your LAN:
    From your ISP to the router and from your computer to the router.
    Check the cables with other equipments if possible.

  5. Check that your LAN is using a DHCP server for your ISP first connection.

  6. Try a Direct connection to your ISP.

    1. If that works, your networks is likely causing the issue.

    2. If that does not work, there may be an issue with your product internals.
