Audio/Video dropouts
Most dropouts can be easily addressed:
Try a full power cycle of the ISP.
Check your HDMI connections
Try another HDMI cable
Check you don’t fold the HDMI cable too much and avoid sharp angles (even more for optical HDMIs)
Check your HDMI source settings
Check your TV/projector settings
If you still experience dropouts after trying all of the above, submit a ticket on our Service Desk.
