ISP "Party Mode" | All channels stereo

Here is a quick guide on how to create a “Party Mode” sub Theater with all speakers enabled as stereo.

Prerequisites

Your ISP must be powered ON, up-to-date and connected to your LAN.

You need to access the Main Speakers page in the Installer WebUI. See:Access the WebUI - Configuration

You need to have a Theater created already. See: Theater creation .

You must have read and followed the Create a sub Theater first.

Instructions

  1. After creating the Child Theater, set all your left speakers as Stereo Left, right speakers at Stereo Right, and Center and Top speakers as mono. Keep your subs as subs if desired.

  2. You can check the “Keep Dirac profile” box at the bottom to keep the Dirac parameters saved in the profile you created the sub Theater from. Uncheck it to get a blank profile. You can always create a new blank profile if keeping the Dirac parameters.

  3. Save you SubTheater and go to the “Presets” page of the WebUI.

  4. A new Preset will be created automatically with your new subTheater and profile selected. Modify it if needed.

  5. You can now select that Preset to enable the “Party Mode” sub Theater.

You can also choose to reverse your speaker layout by setting stereo left signal to right side speakers and stereo right signal to left side speakers. That can be useful in the case the room is used for multiple usages and needs to be reversed.
