Network reset

How to reset the network configuration of your unit if you can’t find it on your network.

Prerequisites

Your ISP needs to be powered on and connected to your LAN.

Your LAN must be running a DHCP server for the ISP to get a new IP address on the first connection or after a reset.

Instructions

MK1/MK2 & 2ISP (4” displays):

  1. Press and hold the EDIT button for 3 seconds.

  2. The display will show a list of information about the ISP state with the IP address at the top.

  3. Press and hold the EDIT button for 3 more seconds and the ISP will ask you to confirm the network configuration reset.

  4. Press ENTER to confirm and the ISP will reset the IP after a few seconds.

ISP Elite MK3/Evo/Core 16 & ISR Fusion (5” displays):

  1. On Main screen, press the HOME/MENU button on the left of the screen to enter the menu:

  2. Scroll down to the “Settings” and press the Volume Knob to enter:

  3. Select “Network” and press the Volume Knob again to enter:

  4. It will display a list of information about the ISP and at the bottom you’ll find the reset button. Select it by turning the Volume Knob and press it:

  5. The ISP will ask you to confirm, select “Yes” with the Volume Knob and press it:

  6. The ISP will then restart within a few seconds with its network configuration renewed.
